You must use the discount code when booking online, or show your code to the receptionist at Check-in/Checkout, any discount codes are not automatically added to your account.
You will be asked for your card details to hold confirm the booking for you, this is a secure and your details are not passed onto anyone or any other company, the card is held on your account and will not be charged unless :
1 - You ask us to charge your card for a treatment for you or for someone else
2 - You failed to no show or cancel your appointment
Vouchers & Offers
Some vouchers may specify a minimum spend.
No change is given from the vouchers.
Vouchers must be used before the expiry date.
Offers can not be rolled over and must be used within the set time period.
25% off loyalty card can not be used in conjunction with any other offers and can not be used along side using the points on your account.
You receive one stamp for each paid visit.
Any quotations that are given to you will be valid for 14 days.
Any abusive behaviour to our staff or other customers will not be tolerated
you will be asked to leave and you will not be able to return to SAPPHIRE and you will be charged according to our terms and conditions.
Cancelation Policy & Deposits
You are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the booked time.
If you do need to cancel your appointment please see below the charges that apply.
Within 48 hours of your appointment a 50% charge will apply.
Within 24 hour of your appointment a 100% charge will apply.
If you have pre paid for a course you will be charged £10 per appointment/area or it will be deducted of your package, Sapphire have the right to remove points to the amount of the fee.
Please note that if your card declines, the charge may come out later that month or will be held on your account until the payment is made.
All treatments and courses are non-refundable or transferable
You must complete the course of treatments for optimum results, some courses like laser hair removal may require additional sessions, this is because everyone's/skin hair is different, we advise 6 sessions for laser hair removal, however you may need a more.
If you cancel your appointment it is your responsibility to rebook, if you do not come within the time period given this will have an effect on your results to which Sapphire Skin Ltd will not be held liable for.
We have the right to change your therapist for each of your treatments, you may have a desired therapist, but this may change due to sickness, holidays and leave.
You collect points for every £1 you spend at Sapphire Skin Ltd, when you reach 300 points you get a reward of £15, this can be used towards another treatment, this cannot be exchanged for money or a gift voucher. You can use the points towards treatments on offer. Sapphire have the right to change the points scheme at anytime, Sapphire also have the right to deduct and add points.
We do have a toilet.
If you need to use the bathroom you may, but you will be supervised to the location.
No children are allowed within the premisses, this is a health and safety issue and also for insurance purposes.
