You must use the discount code when booking online, or show your code to the receptionist at Check-in/Checkout, any discount codes are not automatically added to your account.
Bookings, your information is secure:
You will be required to provide your card information to confirm your booking. This process is secure, and your details will not be shared with any third parties or other companies. The card will be held on your account and will only be charged under the following circumstances:
1. If you request us to charge your card for a treatment for yourself or another individual.
2. If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not cancel it in advance.
We utilise a system known as Timely, which employs the same security protocols as banks for online payments. Payment information is encrypted to safeguard against hackers and fraudulent activities, and we do not retain any credit card information within Timely. We adhere to the stringent Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) guidelines to ensure the safety and security of your credit card details.

Vouchers & Offers
Some vouchers may specify a minimum spend.
No change is given from the vouchers.
Vouchers must be used before the expiry date.
Offers can not be rolled over and must be used within the set time period.
Loyalty Card
25% off loyalty card can not be used in conjunction with any other offers and can not be used along side using the points on your account.
You receive one stamp for each paid visit.
Quotations
Any quotations that are given to you will be valid for 14 days.
Behaviour
Any form of abusive conduct towards our staff or fellow customers will be strictly prohibited. Individuals engaging in such behaviour will be required to exit the premises and will be barred from returning. Additionally, charges will be applied in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Cancelation Policy & Deposits
You are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time. However, you may cancel or modify your appointment prior to this time frame by accessing your account.
Any cancellation requests sent via email or text must also adhere to this time frame and withing business hours.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please be aware of the following applicable charges: a 50% fee will be incurred if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment, and a 100% fee will apply if cancellation is made within 24 hours.
For those who have prepaid for a course, a charge of £15 per appointment or per area will be applied, or this amount will be deducted from your package.
Sapphire reserves the right to deduct points equivalent to the fee.
Paid deposits are non refundable, but are transferable if the appointment is rescheduled within the time frame above.
Please be advised that if your card is declined, the charge may be processed later in the month or will remain on your account until payment is completed.
Refunds
All treatments and courses are non-refundable or transferable
Courses
It is essential to complete the entire course of treatments to achieve the best possible results. Certain treatments, such as laser hair removal, may necessitate additional sessions due to the unique characteristics of each individual's skin and hair. While we recommend a total of six sessions for laser hair removal, some clients may require more.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, it is your responsibility to reschedule. Failure to attend within the specified timeframe may adversely affect your results, and Sapphire Skin Ltd and Sapphire Laser Ltd will not be held accountable for any such outcomes.
Therapists
We have the right to change your therapist for each of your treatments, you may have a desired therapist, but this may change due to sickness, holidays and leave.
Points
You collect points for every £1 you spend, when you reach 300 points you get a reward of £15, this can be used towards another treatment, this cannot be exchanged for money or a gift voucher. You can use the points towards treatments on offer. Sapphire have the right to change the points scheme at anytime, Sapphire also have the right to deduct and add points.
Toilets
We do have a toilet.
If you need to use the bathroom you may, but you will be supervised to the location.
Children
No children are allowed within the premisses, this is a health and safety issue and also for insurance purposes.
Animals
No animals allowed thank you.
