Use of Discount Codes
- Discount codes must be applied at the time of booking online or presented at check-in/checkout.
- Discounts will not be automatically applied to your account without code verification.
Booking & Payment Information
- To confirm your booking, valid card details must be provided. This information is securely stored and will not be shared with any third parties.
- Your card will only be charged under the following circumstances:
- You authorise us to charge it for a treatment.
- You cancel within the restricted timeframe or fail to attend your appointment.
We use Timely, a secure booking and payment platform that meets PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). Payment details are encrypted, and no card information is retained on our systems.

Vouchers & Promotional Offers
- Some vouchers may have a minimum spend requirement.
- No cash change will be given for vouchers.
- Vouchers must be used before the expiration date.
- Offers must be redeemed within the specified timeframe and cannot be extended or combined with other promotions.
Loyalty Card Scheme
- 25% off loyalty cards cannot be used with other offers.
- Cards are valid only with the therapist(s) listed. If blank, they are valid with Charlotte, Jaz, or Natalie.
- One stamp is issued per paid visit. Prepaid courses are not eligible for stamps.
Quotations
- Any price quotation provided is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Client Behaviour Policy
- Abusive or inappropriate conduct towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
- Anyone displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave immediately and may be permanently banned.
- Applicable charges may be enforced as per our terms.
Cancellation Policy & Deposits
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance via your online account.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
- Clients on prepaid courses will be charged £15 per missed appointment/area, or one session will be deducted from their course.
Please note:
- Cancellations via social media are not accepted.
- Requests via email or text must be made during business hours.

Mon – 9am - 5pm
Tue to Thu – 10am to 6pm
Fri – 10am to 7pm
Sat – 10am to 8pm
Sun – Closed
Non-Refundable Deposits
All treatments (including but not limited to laser, resurfacing, Illumifacial, HIFU, and tattoo removal) require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. The deposit amount will vary based on the treatment or package selected.
Refunds
All treatments and prepaid courses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Treatment Courses
Completing your full course of treatments is essential to achieve the best results.
- Treatments such as laser hair removal may require additional sessions depending on individual skin and hair types.
- Clients are responsible for rescheduling any missed appointments.
- Failure to complete sessions in the recommended timeframe may affect results. Sapphire Skin Ltd and Sapphire Laser Clinic Ltd are not liable for reduced outcomes due to missed appointments.
Therapist Availability
While we aim to accommodate preferred therapists, we reserve the right to assign different staff due to scheduling, sickness, holidays, or staff availability.
Facilities & Access
- A restroom is available. Guests requiring use will be escorted to the location.
Children Policy
- Children are not permitted on the premises for safety and insurance reasons.
Animal Policy
- No animals are allowed within the clinic.
